Demo newsletter privacy notice

Palazzo Auralia is an imaginary hotel: this page shows how consent and double confirmation work, only here on your screen. It does not collect a list for a real hotel.

What happens to your data

Use a made-up address such as [email protected]. The address stays only in this page’s memory while you prepare the request. If it works, the field is emptied; if there is an error, it stays there so you can try again. It is not saved or sent to anyone.

The confirmation receipt and the counts stay only on this page. The receipt is valid for ten minutes and works once. Reload or close the page to clear the example.

For a real hotel

Before the service goes live you need: the name of whoever is responsible for the data, a real privacy notice, the hotel’s account, rules on how long data is kept and how it is deleted, and an approved sending service. None of this exists in the demo.
